What we store

• Your account email and business/sender details you provide.
• Invoices and client contact info you add manually, import via CSV, or sync from Stripe.
• A log of reminders sent, for support and dispute purposes.
• If you connect Stripe, a restricted read-only API key, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never see or store your Stripe secret key.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data or your clients' data.
• We don't use your invoice or client data to train models.
• We don't email your clients about anything other than the reminders you configure.

Third parties we use

Supabase (database and authentication), Resend (email delivery), and Stripe (billing, and — only if you connect it — reading your invoice data). Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.

Your clients' rights

Every reminder email includes a working link your client can use to pause reminders for that invoice themselves, without needing an account.

Deleting your data

Deleting your account removes your invoices, clients, and reminder history. Contact us to request this at any time.
